Kirsten did an excellent job replacing our garbage disposal. Following our discovery of the leak, we found potential mold in some insulation in the basement beneath the leak. Kirsten went above and beyond and tore out the insulation, cleaned it up, and discovered several unsealed penetrations for multiple exhaust vents. She sealed these up for us and was pleasant during the entire experience.

Kirsten from the first time she called till she left was very professional and very polite. She came in and explained what she needed to do and got right to work. If there was any thing that came up she came and explained what was going on in a way I understood clearly. Her work was phenomenal and clean. Would definitely recommend!!

Both Ethan and Brian were professional and courteous. NW presented 4 options for service after evaluating the problem. Resolution was quick and bathroom was back in service in half the time estimated.
