Aire Serv of Council Bluffs

Aire Serv was great to work with during the entire process. They were able to come out and service my ac unit within a couple days and then we decided to replace, they were able to fit us in the following week. We had a new ac and furnace installed by Kelly and Zack. They were both knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend Aire Serv CB to anyone!

They were awesome!!! The scheduler was able to get someone to me quickly and get the job done in great time!!! Mark did an awesome job explaining what was wrong, how to fix and the break down of the cost. The dogs even thought he was pretty nice! Will continue to use them in the future for sure!!!!! Jenny

Hayden came out and fixed out tankless hot water heater for us. We had been without hot water for 3 days and I was originally told they couldn't get to us until the 20th. Hayden spoke with them and the squeezed us in. Very friendly and quick service.

Aire Serv did a great job diagnosing the leak in one of my a/c units and got it fixed quickly. They were very thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for all your air conditioning and furnace needs.

Called last night at 6 pm. Furnace was broken with no heat. Called easily 8 times before i got a representitive. The representative was 0 help and was supposed to set up a time for dispatch to call me. I nevet got a call. What i have gotten is spam emails. 0 spam emails until the representative took my email.

From the first call I made to the time when the technician left we found the company to be very professional and responsive to our need. Great place for heating and air service Steven came out to service furnace and thought we needed a new one. Turns out the meter he had was bad and came all the back out 35 miles a day later with a different meter and turns out we didn’t need one after all!! What a fine company for having someone like him on board give this guy a raise and promotion!!

Aire Serv is a wonderful company to work with. They work in a very timely manner. Also, they respond quickly via phone or e-mail. The owner makes sure everything is done properly and in perfect working order. Everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Aire Serv!!!!

Sent an email requesting annual AC&furnace maintenance scheduling. Never responded. EDIT: Updated my review as company was in a tough spot (from 1 star to 4). We have an appointment and looking forward to a strong performance .

Our furnace went out in a Friday late afternoon, right before the weather was supposed to get very cold! Travis sent his crew over right away and Josh has us up & running within a short time. Travis even showed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would recommend them over and over! Thanks Aire Serv!
