I called in past 5pm on a week day and someone answered the phone, I was thinking I'd have to leave a message! My tech arrived promptly at the time scheduled. He was very friendly and nice to chat with, he took the time to be really thorough.

Very good experience with Aire Serv of Council Bluffs on install of new heating and a/c system. Their quote was accurate and installers were friendly and reliable.

Came home on Sunday June 30th and it was 90 degrees in my house. I went online and searched for heating and cooling 24 hour service and came across Aire Serv and gave them a called. When I got a call back I was told they would not be able to come out that same day even though they advertise 24 hour service. I give them ZERO stars, but it would not let me post this without selecting one star. I would never use this company for anything.

Good knowledgeable, expert service. No song & dance to get me to change out my unit, it was still under warranty.
