We scheduled a maintenance inquiry because we noticed inconsistences with our furnace. They were very flexible on scheduling a time to do the work. The technician showed up and was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of our unit. After the inspection we learned that there were multiple issues with our furnace. One of which was considered to be quite serious so our furnace had to be condemned. Putting us in a position where we needed to replace our furnace so we decided to replace both our furnace and AC. The replacement team of 2 showed up the nextoday on time. We understood that this could be a lengthy task as we did not want them to rush the process it took a good few hours but the job was well done No loose ends as far as I could tell . The gentleman left the areas neat and clean that they worked in Unfortunately they did not do the dishes or the laundry haha The equipment looks very nice and the job looks very professional. Everything seems to be running as it should Though we haven't had our units for even 24 hours yet but we are very satisfied and will continue to use their services going forward. My wife and I would like to thank you for your prompt and professional service. The confidence of the technicians made us feel good about our decisions as we have never replaced a furnace or air conditioner before nor were we prepared to do so this all came as a bit of a surprise. Tough choices were made and airsoft handle that with ease.

Water heater/pilot light not igniting. Got to the house early, fixed the issue and chatted with my mom afterward. Very friendly!

I called around 9 am on a Friday due to my heater going out and the technician was there by 10 am and diagnosed the issue with in 30 minutes and had it fixed by noon and that include going to pick up the part. He was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and recommend to a friend.

My experience with Air Serv has always been excellent. Anyone needing service for hot water heater air conditioning etc.....I couldn't recommend a better company! The owner is Hands-On and this is family owned. The service for anything you may need that this company offers will exceed your expectations! I have never received service anywhere else like I have here. I have utilized this company off and on since 2014. I had an install of a hot water heater 2 years ago and again the service was phenomenal. I've had to use them more recently because I was having issues with the pilot light going off. Only after the second time did Hayden go on top of the roof and discovered their work issues with the cap. Due to hail and wind damage there was other significant damage to my roof that I was unaware of. Not only coming down from the roof and him telling me, Hayden also took pictures. My experience with other companies were they would continue to relight the pilot light and charging me a fee of almost $200. They would continue to come back and just relate it and not taking the time to find out what the problem is so they could keep making money. Once again I cannot express if you need any services this is the company for you. Honest, trustworthy, hard working and stands behind their product! This is not a company trying to make money off of you. Again I cannot recommend airserve enough. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I truly wish they did roofing, siding, fence work....
