Chimney flue repair and Travis cared about the situation and helping me and the city inspector out to get it done fixed 1st thing in the morning Travis showed 40 min after emergency call I needed help when no one else would come here to see help us out . So now I'll have hot water and gas turn on since the water heater co didn't hook up to the chimney vent and black hills red tagged it shut off gas to the water heater .city code violation city dealing with this part while Travis the owner came immediately and going to immediately fix it .so thank you so much Kathy council bluffs

My furnace went out on a Saturday morning and I called Aire Serve and an employee came to my house within an hour to evaluate. It was determined I needed a new furnace and I decided to do a new AC as well. They went over my options and my new units were installed two days later. The employees were timely, professional and took their time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend Aire Serve for any furnace or AC needs.

Ducts had not been cleaned since installed more than 60 years ago. Apartment above automotive shop. All residents were smokers with pets. I talked to Aire Serv Thursday and they were able to come Monday. They arrived at 1 when they said they would, were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They let me know exactly what they were doing and we're responsive to my questions. They showed before and after pictures and let me see the gross and disgusting mess they got out. They also removed all the old vents and installed to the new ones I bought. The final bill was lower than I was quoted and we'll worth every penny.

Steven helped me. He was very professional and informative. Arrived on time/early, put on boot coverings when entering my home, and wore a mask. He was quick to diagnose and fix the problem, while explaining it to me and preventative care. Was very reasonably priced.
Rare to find high quality service and a low price, but I will be using Aire Serv of Council Bluffs again when the time unfortunately arrives, and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Aire Serv did an excellent job of getting our AC up and running. We paid the initial invoice and about a week later received a updated letter telling us there was a glitch and we were over charged for refrigerant with a check for the over payment! Hayden did a fantastic job of making sure we were taken care of and Travis with verifying our invoice! I will use Aire Serv for all my future needs!

Steven and Rob showed up promptly. Kept me well informed, they stayed well into the evening to ensure that my family and I were in good comfort before they left. They were very friendly and extremely helpful.
