They left my husband waiting 5 hours without a call, showed up at my house, looked and the furnace for 5 mins said we were using the wrong filters and then charged us $108. Do not use this company!!

My AC decided not to work this weekend. I&M is a preferred vendor for my home warranty company. I&M came on Saturday and had my AC up and running in no time. Thank you!!

They charged me for a trip that I didn't consent too after specifically asking that they call me first. Then proceeded to tell me that if I do the work through them they would drop the service call fee. If I did this in my line of work I would not have work.

Worse Attitude ever, very rude and condescending attitude. Save yourself the trouble. I only used them because of my home warranty company, next time I will insist on someone else or I will take the cash option even if I have to pay more out od pocket.

He did a great job for my dad that is 92 years old. Right before the cold weather is gonna hit us here in So.Bend.💯👍

Our furnace had stopped working. They came on a Saturday, ordered a part, and we had heat by Wednesday.

Their truck says same day service, but it took us almost a full month to get them to come fix our refrigerator.
