DO NOT waste your time/money/energy on any of Jeff Beyers companies. Especially apartments. His apartments are trashed, doesnt clean them prior to move in, never comes and fixes what hes supposed to, harrasses your guests FREQUENTLY yelling "what are you doing in my house?" Bangs on your door all hours of the day. Very rude and unprofessional. Leaves rotted celiling tiles. Wants too much for trashed places. Dont waste your money!!!

Called me on Friday saying they would come to fix my furance on Monday then I get a call Monday saying has to push it back till tuesday... I called Tuesday and was told he didn't service my area even tho I had appointments the previous days when the tech came was rude as hell to my mother in law complaining about having fix furance I mean that's your job if you dont like your job quit. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Save yourself the hassle

Excellent service! He was the only service provider who called me back when I left a message. He came the next morning to fix our AC and was done in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone!

Difficult to schedule with and not accommodating. We were without heat for several days before he came to look at our furnace and did not even fix the real issue.

i called my home warranty insurance and they had I &M call me back, they came to my home but didnt fix anything! the guy that came was very rude! and he never came back and my wall unit NEVER got fixed!!

Great service and professionalism! Jeff did a great job installing my new water heater and removing the old water heater. Fast and friendly service!

The disrespectful and utterly unhelpful technician that responded to our maintainence request, managed to fix absolutely nothing while in fact insisting that nothing is wrong. This is ridiculous, tomorrow will be the 3rd time hes had to come out here in the past week all the while acting like its some favor hes doing us. Never use this company!!! This man couldnt fix his way out of a wet paper bag, you're better off with youtube and a trip to home depot.

Jeff and his team did a nice job installing a furnace at an investment property. I would recommend them for the quality of their service, timeliness and friendly attitude.

He did a great job putting in a new boiler and got it in the day after we talked. That was great since I had no heat. Compared to others, I saved a sizable amount of cash too.
