I & M Heating and Cooling

I called them to check out my furnace and when the repair guy came he told me that an old motor I had here worked ( he even tested it) and that the new one that we had just put in was bad, he switched them out for me and 1 hour later it stopped working. Not once did he recommend a new motor, and he never told me my old motor was weak due to running with a bad capacitor. I called them the next morning to explain that it had turned off, and he said that it wasn’t his problem because he didn’t put a new motor in. I told him that he should’ve told me that the motor was weak, and he said that that was my problem. Basically I paid 300 dollars for nothing.

This guy is an idiot. He was sent to my house by JC Penney to replace the door on my new LG refrigerator. After being talked down to and not showing up for appointments he finally came out. He did not have the tools to install the handle on the new door and did not install the weatherstrip. The top hinge cover was half assed put back on. Was this Jeff's first time changing a door? We called LG and JC Penney and made a complaint. If they try to send this guy to your house tell them NO. He is not welcome back in mine. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called home warranty insurance they contacted I&M for my service. Had to wait over weekend with no heat. Monday afternoon they came and fixed my furnace. So grateful the tech fixed the problem the same day of appt.

Jeff diagnosed the problem with my furnace quickly and efficiently to restore heat, He handled the approval process with the warranty company to obtain the right parts. He even fixed the humidifier.

My furnace went out. I had to call early because the house was getting cold. The technician was prompt with his response. I & M Heating was at my house within an hour of our communication. And he had the parts I needed to get my furnace working again. I am very pleased with I & M Heating. I will refer them to everyone

The owner came out to my house when my wife and I had just had our 1st baby years ago but I will never forget the experience. I told them over the phone that we had a clogged bathroom sink and a kitchen sink that was always dripping. He stayed for hours and hours....broke our kitchen sink and our kitchen countertop....never did fix the kitchen faucet and left me with a $600 bill for my troubles. He made me sign some BS invoice and threatened to sue me in small claims court if I did not pay him immediately. NEVER USE THESE GUYS....

Their first visit they did not even let the furnace cycle to make sure it was fixed. Seen a bad fuse, replaced it and left. The Second visit the "Service Tech" lol..... Said he could not fix the furnace because it was a Carrier..... The website says they service all makes and models.... So needless to say my daughter and my grandchildren are still without a furnace 8 days later.

Haven't met the technician yet but his personality on the phone is rude. He interrupted me while I was talking and talked down to me. I am NOT looking forward to any interaction with this person. Only using this company because I'm forced to with my home owners warranty.

Quick service! Called one day and the hot water heater was replaced the next day. He worked with my home warranty company to get a replacement. Great service!! Will use again.

Really awesome experience. The women I made the appointment with was very kind and sweet. The tech they sent out was very helpful and did mind me asking questions. Fixed my boiler and now my family is nice and warm
