The guys cleared a basement floor drain clogged with sand. Procedure was completed quickly and professionally. In addition, because of a yearly service plan, there was no charge! I have used ARS for HVAC needs and that service was equal in its quality. Highly recommend this company.

You will wind up going BROKE!! We purchased a top of the line HVAC system from them about 5 years ago. Worked fine until about year 3 we started getting this “communication” warning alarm. Someone came out and fixed it. A year later, same thing except this time this technician had no clue what to do or what to look at. Wound up he was looking in the wrong place the whole time. A couple months later… same alarm. Another tech comes out, again no clue, reading manuals, spent 2 hours looking dumbfounded. Said someone would have to comeout another time. Meanwhile out January electric bill was $591!!! It was never more than $450 in January’s past. Another guy came out and said that for “some reason” the system is not shutting itself off when it gets to the temperature… so for months it was continuously running!! They installed a wireless thermostat bc they “suspect” a critter has gotten to the wires under the slab. This cost us more than $1100 for repairs!! Now the water heater we purchased from them - Im still making monthly payments on it. Had it for 2 years and the constant dealing with elements going bad and no hot water. Yes we drain it do what we can with the sediment, but I just no when they come out they are going to charge us an arm and a leg to fix something that I still owe $2k on!!!
Don’t use these people!!!! Techs are nice but most are clueless and the money is the bottom line!!

Replaced our 20-year-old water heater and hauled way the old one. They had to replumb the gas connection as it was tied into an old unused incinerator. Same-day service and when they were done everything was back in place and cleaned up. Great experience overall.
