Rick replaced my outdoor water faucet, but not before he replaced the indoor piping & shut off valves. The piping was kinked in 2 places (could have burst & flooded my basement - which is a finished basement!!). He could have told me I’d have to remove the wall paneling so he could easily access the problem, maybe someone less experienced would have, but he worked around the problem & methodically replaced the bad piping & left my wall intact!!
I was so pleased with his knowledge & experience, his dedication & how he worked thru the obstacles to get everything working & completed👍👍
I told Rick he was a wizard & a Houdini!!
He was very respectful of myself & my property & cleaned everything up like it was before he came! Rick is an asset to ARS & I’m very glad he came to my rescue today😉

I had ARS excavate my underground water shutoff valve and install a new pvc pipe so I was able to shut off my water at the curb. The old access pipe was broken, rusted out and not usable. I used the Angi website to describe the job and they referred me to ARS. My first contact with ARS was with Shawn who looked at the job and quoted the pricing. The work was scheduled very efficiently and the 2 employees who arrived were very talented and knowledgeable. In about 1 1/4 hours everything was completed to my satisfaction. The two workers were very friendly and considerate and I enjoyed working with Shawn. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The technician that came out was extremely nice and very professional. He was easy to talk to you and he did a great job explaining a lot of future issues that I might run into as well. Which is important to me because I’m a first time home owner. He was able to get everything draining properly without any extensive work needing done. And that means a lot to me because we had water pipes burst in December and to be honest I’m kind of done with dealing with water issues. He was very informative about future care and preventative maintenance that I could do. Overall, a great experience.

I called around 5pm to have a plumber come out for a leak, and nobody heard from the on call technician til almost midnight. At this time, when I called them about it, they said they couldn't get in touch. I was completely fine to reschedule for 845the next morning. At 8am, they called me to tell me my address was out of their service area. I gave my address every SINGLE time to find out where my original technician was. Nobody told me I was out of the service area, and their site says they serve my county. Now I have to find someone else and wait til next week to fix my leak. Totally unprofessional.

I have used ARS for all my heating, cooling and plumbing needs for the last 3 years. I have never been let down and I’m always treated like a valued customer from making the appointment to completing the necessary work.

Today, Austin came out to clear a clogged drain. He was very humble and explained everything clearly. He set reasonable expectations and while the price was more than initially quoted, I didn’t get the impression that he was trying to “hustle” me on the price. In all reality, I kinda feel like he went above and beyond and for that I would like to say “thank you” again!

Called to set up a service, we were told we'd be next. 5 hours and 4 call backs later the tech was "finishing up and heading our way".
Another call later and around midnight they tell us the tech will not be coming out and he isn't answering the phone.
They say they'll send someone out in the AM.. the next morning they call us to tell us they don't service our area... Out of the 5 different people we talked to and all the times we gave our address for the service, NOW they just figure to tell us they don't service our area?
They might do good work I don't know , this was just our experience with them.

I had to have a new central air unit installed. Not only were they on time, they were professional. Both the salesman and the installers walked me through my new unit explaining everything to me. After talking to the salesman we decided to put in a new furnace as well. My house has stayed at the right temperature despite the hot days we have had.

I had a brand new heater and AC installed in 2021...fast forward to now and we're remodeling our bathroom in the basement to find they ran their lines through our wall frames around the shower stall. There's exposed wire outside that isn't up to code and they want to charge me $2500 to come and reroute these lines and fix the wires so we can install a new shower. They told me this after jacking me around for 2 weeks of waiting on an answer...If it had been done right in the first place this wouldn't even be an issue. I'll take my business elsewhere for future jobs.

I called to verify what I was getting for the $69 special. I let them know I wanted my ac cleaned; inside and out. Crs Anthony confirmed this is what I would get. The service man said he cleans out side and assures the check all the pressures and temp. A bit disappointing. Wasted my money. Still don't know how it will run after full cleaning. Service guy said tune up was performed and only a partial cleaning. Outside only.
