Both techs arrived and installed a new efficient, 50 gallon water heater within 2 hours. AMAZING!! Explained everything they had done and even placed the new W.H. over just a bit to allow more room. Great experience. Manual, the contractor was awesome as well.

I submitted a service request for AC repair via Home Depot and a gentleman from ARS contacted me over phone. He promised me a deal with $79 diagnose fee and parts fee only for the repair, which I confirmed with him twice over phone. Later, a lady from ARS contacted me for updating appointment time. She said the diagnose fee will be waived if I go with the repair with them but I’ll need to talk to the technician to figure out the parts and labor fees for the repair. Finally, a technician called me before coming and said I would need to pay a $99 diagnose fee and $311 parts and labor fee for replacing the capacitor in AC’s outside unit. I asked him about the previous pricing I got from their phone calls, and he said if I didn’t have proof in writing, I would need to pay what he said. These communications were absolutely ridiculous and wasted my time as everyone had a different saying. I cancelled this appointment immediately and will never use ARS. Future customers should be aware that whatever pricing you get over phone may not be true.

The install Team was respectable and efficient at getting the old system out and installing our new system. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough
2nd phase installation of our zone system and humidifier system. Chad andCrew was awesome. Plumbing side Steve was courteous and knowledgeable and efficient with his work. Had a few hiccups with faulty equipment, however ARS was johnny on the spot to get us up in running to enjoy our comfort of our new system. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone

Called ARS about low water pressure occurring throughout my home.
The technician, Rick Runyan, arrived the next day and immediately diagnosed what he thought was the problem.
He thought that my old Water Softener had gone on the 'fritz' so Rick ordered me a new one. Fast forward 4-days and Rick arrived exactly when he said he would with a new softener in tow.
But, before he even started to put a new one in........he took the old one out and spent about 1/2 hour going thru and testing the piping-----just to make sure that it wasn't a bigger issue. Rick kept me abreast of everything he was doing and reported back once his diagnosis was complete.
He was 100% accurate in his initial diagnosis that is was the Water Softener so I agreed to have him replace the old one.
Rick was professional and completely thorough throughtout the entire installation........and kept up-to-date on the progress of the installation. After he completed the job, Rick walked me thru the highlights of the new Softener and made sure that ALL of the water outlets (inside & outside) were working before he left.

Rapid service for A/C outage. Roy is a very experienced and friendly professional who rapidly identified the problem and solved it, explaining as he went. He explained possible simple interventions I could do in the future to try before calling. (He also identified some duct issues for future correction. May resolve long term (decades) HVAC problems in an add-on room.) Much appreciated! I’d use him again in a heartbeat!

The installation is very professional looking for working with an old house. AC needing a little adjustment. They sent 2 troubleshooters out and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about 90 minutes. I would recommend using them.

Avoid doing business with these people. Terrible customer service. The first appointment they scheduled (Sunday), they were a no call, no show. When I called to inquire- I was met with inconsistent answers and sheer incompetence. Ultimately, I was rescheduled for the next day, Monday (which also happened to be Memorial Day) but I’ve had to chase them down yet again. Finally, 2.5 hours after the original 4 hour window I was given, I got a call from their technician telling me that I would now be charged “after hours” rates and not the rate I was quoted- despite all of this being their fault. Totally unethical bait and switch- avoid these crooks at all cost!

Had a leak in my whole house humidifier. They came out the next day and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Very efficient and professional work. I'm on their maintenance plan so the call cost me very little. I would recommend ARS to anyone.

We purchased a new HVAC system from ARS and have had nothing but trouble with it. Within the first month of installation we had to have it repaired three different times due to it being installed incorrectly. The staff were all very nice, but we are very disappointed and have considered having them take it out and get our money back.

Roy Evans did the job properly. A/C unit seems to be working properly at this time. Unit was not cleaned for over 2 years. Roy took 2 hours to make sure system was working as needed. Very fine technician. He was a pleasure to have in my home.
