The Tech came to my residence and gave me a thorough explanation of the issues with my system. He made the explanation in plain English and he provided me with a long list of options. He did an excellent job!

His sales rep promptly called me with quotes and detailed explanation of the many things to be done. The price was fair and the promptness of scheduling the installation was awesome! Without qualification I recommend HHAC&P. Prompt, Courteous, Professional and Fair....what they are.

Josh checked thoroughly for any possible gas leaks, since I had thought I smelled one. By being persistent he made us confident that there were no leaks.

The pilot light on my water heater wasn’t working. I called around 4:30 on Tuesday and and they were able to send someone by the end of the following day! Arman was professional, friendly and competent! He got the problem fixed and was so kind to spend the time explaining to me the issues (even though it was already 6:30/7:00 in the evening and I am pretty sure we’ll past the time he was supposed to be working that day- I didn’t feel like he was rushing through it at all). Great experience overall!

Joe was amazing!! We had a leaky spigot and Joe was great. He was extremely professional, loved on my dogs, found the issue and fixed it in under 45 minutes. We had a spigot on the front of our house that leaked into our garage. This was my first time meeting Joe and I can’t say enough great things about him. Feeling grateful to not only trust my heating/cooling with Howald, but I can trust them with my plumbing. Highly recommend!! Would ask for Joe again!

We called because of a leak in the humidifier. Dan from Howald was out the next day to repair. He is excellent to work with, professional and friendly. The service people are always polite, respectful and get the job done. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Really appreciate Howald!!!! Our heater broke & we called this morning & they came out at 1:30 to repair it with a part they found. Very pleased. We also bought a new A/C unit a couple years ago through Howald & am happy with it. We also have had good experiences with their plumbing work too. We live in a house built in 1919, & they really do understand old homes. Highly recommend!
