Our water heater died while we were on vacation and our college kid was home keeping an eye on the house. The Howald team did a great job helping us coordinate diagnosis, quote and new install ... all from a distance while working with our kid's work schedule. We could have gotten home to cold water Memorial Day weekend. Instead, we're all set. Thank you!

Arman was fantastic to work with! We had 4 separate plumbing problems that needed work. He provided us with options for our repair, including options for replacement and explained thoroughly each option. There was absolutely no pressure to pick the most expensive option. Instead he helped guide us to the option that really made most sense for our family/lifestyle. In addition, he was on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and is an all around nice guy. I highly recommend Howald for any plumbing needs. Have used the high pressure big chains before and I will never go back.

Howald has replaced both my gas furnace and a/c systems and has done the annual maintenance on both for years. They are professional and responsive. Every technician that has ever come to the house has been courteous and knowledgeable.

Most recently Dan took the time to walk me through the maintenance he was doing on the a/c unit, explaining the part that needed to be replaced, its function, and the multimeter readings showing how it has degraded over time.
