Howald has serviced our home for many years. The consistency in their service has kept us coming back. They are both our plumbing and Heating and Air company. Our most recent pipe leak (old house) was diagnosed and fixed correctly - in fact, Austin (our Plumber on this call) went above and beyond to look at the entire drain system and perform work to truly fix the entire problem, not just patch it up and hope for the best. His attention to detail - and his amazing clean up - was very appreciated. He took the opportunity while our toilet was out to personally clean the floor and wall that is usually covered by the toilet. His work and work ethic are second to none.

Brandon came out to replace our water softener. He was prompt, professional, and spent extra time explaining everything he was doing and educating us on the product. Very happy with our experience.

My wife and I just moved into our house 3 weeks ago and have already had to deal with a water heater issue. Joe came out and assessed the issue (a couple hours earlier than anticipated) and was extremely helpful. He was efficient and patient with all the questions I had as a first time homeowner. Brandon Oxley repaired my toilet and replaced a sink faucet. He did an excellent job. He also offered to help me with any other plumbing questions I had. He helped me with a clogged aerator. He was very professional and competent.

James came out super quickly after initial call. He helped explain his troubleshooting for our A/C repair and then outlined a step by step plan to try to address our A/C issue, starting with the least invasive first. Super professional and great to work with!

I have been searching for a plumbing company I trust, and I have finally found it in Howald.
