Brewer Heating & Cooling

Came on time friendly guy..233 is pretty salty for a service call, since there were no parts needed. didn't get a receipt, so I can't say what the specific charges were. The entire appt lasted 15 minutes.

Long story short: Jas from Brewer Heating & Cooling saved us last night!

We called the after-hours number and he got back to us quickly and was at our house soon after. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was outside of the house and we needed to call the gas company. While we waited for the gas company he did some maintenance work on our furnace, and when he got another emergency call, he asked us to text him if we wanted him to come back to help relight pilots or ensure everything was working. Phenomenal service—so thankful to have worked with Jas!!

I have mixed feelings about this company/service. On one hand, they were able to schedule me for same day service during what is probably a very busy time. They were very nice and professional, and got the job done quickly, however, it cost $1,000 to replace a blower motor, which seems excessive. I'm sure 90% of HVAC companies take advantage of customers that have their furnace go out in the middle of winter, but it's still a little frustrating. Also, the replacement motor is very loud. You can hear it through the whole house, whereas, the old one was pretty quiet. If you're going to pay a premium for a new motor, you would hope it would be a good one and not one that sounds like a tractor.

I am new to the Indianapolis area. Of course only a few days after moving here my air conditioner unit decided to go out. A friend recommended Brewer to fix my issues. Jas showed up just 30 minutes after I called the main number. He had the issue trouble shot and repaired within an hour! He was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this company for your service needs!

Brewer Heating & Cooling has made a few service calls to my home as a renter and their techs have always been timely, kind and professional. Today, Mike and Nick were here to install a new HVAC and they did a FANTASTIC job. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. The install is neat and tidy. They took the time to explain things to me and to show me the new thermostat. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and they really do excellent work and provide a very high level of service. 100% recommend!

Jay Buckles came out on a Saturday evening and fixed our HVAC system. We had a problem with the air conditioner and he fixed it quickly. We have utilized their services for several years and I highly recommend them!

Jas came out the house and was extremely professional and helpful. We bought our house 18 months ago, and he took the time to disassemble the units to check their condition, and he even explained the functionality to me. He made me comfortable with what I was paying for that day, and that’s all I can ask for!

Happy to give five stars to this company. I usually choose to work with family owned businesses whenever possible and Brewer did not let me down. Everyone had a great working attitude, from the folks who answer the phone to the tech on the job. Follow-up was scheduled and the appointment was kept as promised and communication was good throughout the process of installing a central air system - plus I got a brand new unit at a discount priced because it was slightly dented. I would highly recommend Brewer!

They offer young man just getting out of school a career. Please buy one of their maintenance packages they are always on time and they will stand behind all of their equipment. They treat their customers as family as well
