5+ STARS!!!! Great family owned company with SUPERIOR customer service and products. They are EXTREMELY prompt and I’ve never had to wait more than a day - unless by MY request - for their assistance.

I have also used them for a new a/c unit 8 years ago…still no issues and their optional annual service plan is a HIGHLY recommend addition because they clean & service your products (even if you didn’t buy both your a/c and your heating from them!!) 2x per year…plus are on call 24/7 for any assistance or emergency you may have as part of the plan! And they NEVER pressure you to purchase ANYTHING…if it can be fixed they will fix it…because this company has a “service first” philosophy.

Best price of 6 other estimates. Installers were nice and professional. Estimator, Jay, was knowledgeable of my system and explained everything. Very responsive and great communication. I will use them again.

My outside fan stopped working and Brewer quickly showed up and replaced a part that had me back up and running within an hour of my call to them. Amazing!!! And I have to give a shout out to Mike who was very efficient and willing to teach me more about my equipment as he was repairing it. Great conversation with him.

This one of the best heating and cooling companies around. They were able to come out the same day. Which I wasn't expecting. Nor was I even thinking they could. Sense I called around mid day. And about 4 months ago they installed a new furnace in my home. I can not express how knowledgeable and professional ALL the technicians are. And if that technician didn't know the answer to the problem. He or she, would call a fellow employee to find the right answer to the problem. Communication for the win! I feel safe with the service I get from the men and women of this company. YOU SHOULD TOO!

My furnace went out on a Saturday night. I called Brewer Heating. They had a technician at my home in about an hour. This was my first call at my new home. They found a lot of little problems and fixed them. The biggie was the gas valve. It’s an older system, but they got it working well enough to last the next two days. They came back early Monday morning and replaced the valve and we’re back to full working order.
Their technicians are thorough and did a great job. I have always had a great experience with Brewer. I’ve been a customer since they first started. And I will always call them for any HVAC problems.

Update - 12-14-22 Review - Brewer Heating & Cooling once again did an amazing job with maintenancing my annual furnace inspection! They kept me informed of our technician’s ETA arrival time, when our technician Nick arrived he was professional and friendly and efficient and truly enjoyed him! Such a blessing to continue to have such great service from this company! Thank you Nick snd Brewer Heating and Cooling! Love the annual maintenance program! Such a huge savings and great piece of mind!!

Great and fast service by Kevin from Brewer’s Mechanical. We have a closed loop hot water system that heats our radiators in our home and we were having a difficult time trying to find a company to work on it. They were recommended to us by another good plumbing company and were able to get to us the next day for the repair which was great since very cold weather was forecasted. So glad they were recommended to us.
