Brewer Heating and Cooling have a great employees. They show up when they say they will and are always friendly. They fixed my issue quickly and did a general check if the system while they were at the house.

Mike did a great job explaining the issues and correcting issues caused by others. Took care of code violations and offered up solutions for increased capacity. Very professional friendly and took the time to explain. We are a new customer now under a service plan. Well done!

They told us last year that we needed to replace our a/c system. I was able to limp it along for one more year. This year when it finally died they were able to provide good data concerning existing energy costs compared to the costs of the new models they offered to show how much we could expect to save annually. Once we made a decision Jay was able to rearrange their schedule to install our new system the next day. They credited the service call where they confirmed our system died back to us for buying a system. They did have an issue with installing the natural gas manifold. However they were able to quickly repair to meet the expectations of Citizens. The installers were polite and did a nice job keeping the work area clean.

Brewer Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and repaired some major repair work on my heating ducts in my home.
The installation crew, Sean. Ryan and Nate were on time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, willing to answer all my questions and worked hard to assure the install was completed on time.
Our furnace was broken and we were without heat. Jay provided us with four options for replacing the Furnace. He worked the schedule so it was only two days before the new furnace was installed and working. No more cold house and sleeping with no heat! A big plus ✔️ in our mines.
