Highly recommend signing up for the HVAC maintenance plan—this plan saved us on Christmas Eve when we came home to no working heat. Someone came to the house that night to repair the heating system after hours. Great customer service!

New Bradford White water heater purchased and installed by Jason & Nick from Brewer Heating & Cooling this morning. Followed by Spring Service of cooling system as described in annual contract. These two young gentlemen showed up at appointed time ready to get things done. Removal of old water heater, and new installation was completed in two hours, and they moved on to the servicing part of their order. They were totally professional, very knowledgeable, extremely careful, cordial, and a delight to have in our home to do this work. Thanks to Jase, Nick, and Luke, we will know doubt renew our Service Contract with Brewer Heating & Cooling and keep them as our sole provider for their services. We needed a technician to come check our system to see if it was causing a leak that had appeared on the ceiling of the room below. They came out quickly, assessed the situation, and made sure that our system was in fact working properly. It was a relief to get at least one variable checked off and we truly appreciated them being so responsive.

Brewer Heating and Cooling were highly recommended by neighbors, lived up to my expectations. I have a heat pump and they were right there when I had problems during the coldest of temperatures. Professional. Helpful. Explained procedures. Did the Work quickly and completely. I like doing business with them and would also recommended their services to everyone.

Tech was very professional and Nick answered all our questions about the 2 stage heating and he reprogrammed our new Nest thermostat to accept the 2 stage furnace. He checked out our AC and reported it to be working fine. Very helpful and nice

They showed up on time (calling ahead to let us know they were on their way), they were polite and friendly, they were careful to not bring in outside dirt, and they cleaned up completely when they were done. They were also patient with us as we asked for some help with our “smart” thermostat 😀. We have worked with them for many years and trust their advice and recommendations.

Brewer is outstanding! I’ve used them multiple times for both my personal home and investment properties. They are always timely in getting me on the schedule, show up on time and come in right at or under budget. The thing I appreciate most is that whenever I’m looking at a big job, they creatively present multiple options—with a range of prices—for how to accomplish the job. Brewer Heating & Cooling replaced an undersized air conditioner and coil. Comfort specialist (Jay) was great: responsive and straightforward. He took the time to understand our requirements for replacing the system and offered some reasonably priced options in an easy to compare format. The install technicians' (Mike & Nick) craftsmanship was excellent. I also appreciated their knowledge and extra time spent answering my questions about the new system. Thank you!
