My furnace was not heating enough to turn on the burners. I got a quote from another company for $1500 to fix the issue. I went to Lowes to ask about replacing the furnace instead and was put in contact with Brewer. Brewer came and inspected and found they could do the repair for a lot less so I opted to go with them. They found the part I needed and had it replaced the next day. Jay is super responsive via text and his tech did a great job getting our furnace working. Highly recommend this company

Brewer Heating saved the day! We woke up on the coldest night of the year to no heat. Called first thing in the morning and had a team out within an hour working to restore. I recently had four companies come to my home and give me an estimate on a new HVAC unit. The representative from Brewer, Jay, was so patient with my questions and thoroughly went through the entire process of what to expect. Nobody else did that! I went with Brewer mainly because of that attention to detail. I am pleased with the install. Everyone involved has been so friendly and professional. This was the first following up after installation. He found a small leak in the pipe that vents to the roof and found the slight vibration due to a dirty filter.

Brewer installed an AC in my previous home and performs maintenance service on my rental and personal residence. The customer service is excellent. They call if it looks like something needs attention instead of just doing it and sending the bill. They also offer suggestions on measures I can take to avoid costly repairs in the future. They’re a family owned business and you get the kind of service you’d expect from a local business, which I find is usually superior to the big chain companies.
