Great company, this will be our go to for any future plumbing needs. Technicians were personable, polite and professional.

Requested a quote to have some electrical outlets troubleshooted. The service was great and the tech was nice but I was very upset I was not informed by the scheduler or the technician I would be required to pay $96 for an estimate until after the technician finished troubleshooting. If the technician would have told me I would be required to pay $96 for an estimate I would have sent him home immediately. Only predatory entities do this type of thing. Will not use again.

You are missing the point of what the issue was. If I had chosen to not get the work done then I was going to get stuck with a $96 dollar service fee for the estimate that no one informed me of until after the estimate was complete. That is the whole issue here, I had no choice but to pay the entire $126 for the work or be charged $96 for just an estimate. That sir/ma'am, is predatory.

I’ve hired this group for multiple projects at multiple homes. They appear to be regularly busy and do a great job. I’ve been very happy with the performance and cost.

Both service technicians were very good at there job. Explained everything and answered all my questions.

Prompt, professional technicians who took the time to explain everything and cleaned up the work area.

I have explained the problem clearly before they come, they have promised to fix the issue but have not done anything. They have told nothing can be done and charged $79 for 5 minutes. Pathetic and don’t recommend at all for any gas service.

Showed up on time. Fixed the issue. Reasonable price.

The guys were here two days doing electrical and plumbing upgrades and replaced the water softener and water heater zapped by a power surge created when a surge protector, of all things, blew. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant and professional crew.

I had two faucets (provided by home owner) replaced and four ball shut offs replaced. Plumber was in home for four hours and bill was $1425. Plumber did not give pricing before work was done. Bill seems excessive

Allen Home Services has been very responsive when we have called for service. Very professional and well seasoned staff!
They diagnosed the problem, offered several options for repair or replacement and reasonable on pricing.
I highly recommend them and will continue to call them for any of our future needs!
