Having issues with our a/c, they were able to come out to our house sooner than expected. (Yay)
The guy that came to the house, Brandon, was very courteous and friendly, even towards our dogs (which they really appreciate not being left out). He showed me what we, as homeowners, could do to help our ac run efficiently and effectively. In a matter of minutes of him making these minor improvements our ac was performing noticeably better. He answered all my questions, even showed me what he was talking about so I could understand and gave me suggestions on how we could improve air flow through out our home, very knowledgeable.
I highly suggest these guys for any future ac needs and will be a returning customer, myself.

Stayed until I was satisfied and explained what was going to happen. Great service. Tech came back months later when I thought Inhad a problem. Turns out I was the problem, not the unit. The tech went over the thermostat with me again until I was comfortable. Will never use another service again.

E L Walters repaired our furnace at our church, replacing the heat exchanger. The technicians kept after the problem until it was solved, which involved several appointments. They did a good job!

The technician was very knowledgeable, approachable, and patient. Listened to all of my questions and comments and used those to help him hunt down the probablem. Once the problem was diagnosed he moved quickly to replace the part and test it before asking me if I had any questions or issues before we settled up and he left.

The team is always on time, efficient, and perform an excellent job! I really appreciate that they did an unusual job on my mobile clinic to allow us to keep working for the animals. Thanks very much!
