We are extremely happy with the products and service we have received from E.L. Walters. We scheduled the install of the new HVAC system, they were on time and had the tear out and install done in a day and a half. They are very responsive and professional to service needs, I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC system needs.

Earlier this summer my grandmothers system went down. We called on a Saturday and set up service for Monday. They set our time for 8AM and Jason showed up right on time! Jason was thorough in finding the cause of the issue and determined her 15 years old system had a slow leak and needed a charge. The service was great and my grandmother ended up paying less compared to the other companies who had come out in years past. From now on I'll be recommending E.L. Walters to all of my family and friends. Thank you Jason and the rest of the team at E.L. Walters! Great service is hard to come by these days!

I've been a happy E. L. Walters customer since 2002. I have bought new heat/AC systems from them, and had them perform regular maintenance and repairs over these 17 years. E.L. Walters came out and replaced my furnace and central air unit last month. The representative was very informative and easy to talk to about what was going to be done. The crew came out and was polite, clean and went out of their way to help. I had an old built in gas barbecue that I hadn’t used for years that they discovered was leaking gas. They shut off the valve at the shutoff from underneath my house. This is only one of the many things they did not in the work order. Thanks to the professional and friendly team at E.L. They made contact very quickly, came out way within the time frame my wife was told. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Branden and Mat completed furnace/AC install for me recently. Both were friendly and professional. Branden was especially helpful with his knowledge. Jon had performed the initial diagnosis and he too was friendly and professional. Communication with Jennifer and Peggy in the office was efficient and pleasant. Overall, E.L. Walters was the bright spot for an otherwise disappointing experience with my home buyers warranty claim.

The Staff and service people are extremely professional & courteous. We had a new air conditioner , coil and furnace replaced at our home. They were prompt and on time when they could get me up and running during the hot summer months. I would definitely use them again. They are installed an air conditioning system for my business.

I love them. We use them at home and our business. Firstly, they respond in a timely manner. Secondly, the explain what problems you are having in an easy to understand way. Thirdly, if they can, they give you multiple options for fixing it. Finally, they are extremely reasonably priced. I trust them completely and recommend them to everyone.

E. L. Walters has been very reliable and dependable for me, called for service and usually be here within less than two hours that is include calls on the weekend. Fix It Right the First Time is very important to me and very rare had any problem, very honest about repairing a part or replacing it, the tech would tell you up front which option is more beneficial for that equipment in the long run. Their pricing is very reasonable and beat any prices I had used for the past 25 years. They have been take away the headaches I had with repairs work for the past 5 years at the Olive Garden in Evansville Indiana. One less thing I have to worry about.
