The service tech that came out did a great job and I appreciated them taking care of things quickly. I’m glad I called though after my home buyers warranty placed the claim, because the person that intercepted the messages was out. The home buyers warranty should call to make sure someone gets their claims. Would definitely use them again (friendly advice though-I wouldn’t call folks on a Saturday morning to ask for a review and send additional text reminders).

They did a clean professional installation in a reasonable amount of time and did it the way I asked them to. I think their price was fair and reasonable but I did not get multiple estimates. Happy I went with them.

Update: Third time we've had them out. Zane was very friendly and identified the issue with our AC real quick.
I've had them out twice to do a fall and spring inspection on our unit. They have always been professional with everything and the tech was very polite.

My son had E.L. Walters install a new furnace and ac unit in his home. Since he and his wife were both working, I was at there for the appointment. Brandon and his assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. They were extremely courteous, and cleaned up when they were finished. I was very pleased with the install process. The new furnace works great!

I wanted to share the amazing service that I received. Everyone was great from Justin Bell to Kevin the salesman and the two gentlemen who installed the York a/c unit and Evaporator. Justin did a great job coordinating with Kevin and the installers. They were spot on time and cleaned up and were very informative. I will definitely recommend anyone to use EL Walters.

Through my home warranty service I was given the opportunity to work with this company. Although I had a follow up service call I am very pleased with all results provided. My initial service call provided me with suggestions advice and solutions to my issues. After having completed those myself with no results the second service call was scheduled. He was very persistent and checking everything and anything and I noticed quick results. Thank you for helping solve my air-conditioning issues .

When I contacted E.L. Walters Air conditioning and heating, to schedule an appointment for a check up on my furnace they were quick to get me an appointment. They sent out a service man his name was Matt, He did a fantastic job very thorough very nice person. Not only did he come out and do what he needed to do but he educated me a lot about my furnace. After he left I was more knowledgeable about my furnace. I feel he did a lot of work and they were very reasonable in price I felt very good about that whole experience . Hands down I recommend them very highly. Will definitely use them in the future for all of my air-conditioning and heating needs they also did a friend of mine‘s furnace and air conditioning unit they did a fantastic job for her. My A/C went out over the weekend and it got above 90 in our house with a newborn and a 3-yr old. After explaining the situation to Peggy she called me back in NO TIME with new equipment ready to go THE NEXT DAY. Eddie and Triston were the techs sent out and they were AMAZING! They were VERY fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about what they do. They definitely took pride in there work. They took time to explain everything that was being done all day long. On top of it all they left my basement cleaner than it was before! I HIGHLY recommend using E.L. Walters. Extremely professional company.

I called E.L. Walters on Friday afternoon when I arrived home from work and found our tankless water heater was not working. They had a service tech at my home within an hour. After several tests it was determined that the heater would need major repairs. After a short discussion, we determined that it would be better to go ahead and replace it with a new one. The new water heater was ordered and the service techs arrived at my home on Monday morning around 7:30 with a new tankless heater. They were very polite and began working immediately. I was impressed with their professional attitudes as they answered all questions that we asked. They were finished with the install in about 4 hours even though it was not a direct replacement. We tested the unit and set the new temperatures. They cleaned up after everything tested perfect. No leaks, no drips. All of the new water and gas lines looked very uniform and neat. We were very pleased with the service and quality of work. We would recommend E.L. Walters very highly.

Jason was my technician, he was awesome!
He did everything very quickly and is just one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He is so personable and easy to talk to. You should be proud to have him work for you. H
