Our heating and cooling unit was very old and needed an expensive repair. E.L. Walters came to my house very quickly and gave me several options and answered all my questions clearly. The staff was very nice and genuine.

Kevin was very helpful and informative in choosing a new A/C heating unit. Brandon and Nate were very friendly and professional with the installation. Made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend E.L. Walters!

Our A/C unit went out 6/28 during the 90° temps. The company who originally installed our system and we've been customers of for 28 years said they could not install a new unit for 4 weeks! We called E. L. Walters and they came out immediately to give an estimate and installed a new system 3 working days later. The technicians were very professional, started and finished the install by mid-afternoon. The office followed up with us that evening and again the next day, which was a holiday. We are very pleased with the new system, the fast service and the followup. We will continue to use E. L. Walters for annual check-ups and service requirements and recommend them to anyone.

E.L. Walters has been out to make a few repairs on our furnace and just completed a replacement. Each time they’ve been out they have been very helpful.

I operate a small business. EL Walters is the authorized service representative for some of the equipment I use. They were a no call no show for a scheduled appointment to repair a machine that Is down.
The following morning, I did receive a call from them apologizing for failing to show up. She then informed me the tech called in sick for today, and they would not be able to send anyone out. Keep in mind, this is on a Friday and I called on Tuesday for service.
Having an ice cream machine down in June is not good for my business.

I’ve been using EL Walters for YEARS. Here’s what I like about them ; when something goes down they typically have the part you need to get ya going the same day. They have techs available 24/7 so if you have a problem they will get someone out to address it. Peggy is who you will speak with often times when you call and she is very nice and professional. That being said, I do wish they didn’t charge to open the “part shop” to grab what they need to work on the equipment. I think that charge is excessive. Some techs are more knowledgeable than others. I would suggest getting the name of the tech that they send out so you can request the same person if you were satisfied with their work. El Walters is one of the more expensive places to hire, but you usually get what you pay for.

E. L. Walters has been our go to company with any HVAC issues in my restaurants. But they do so much more. There are endless possibilities of what they can do. They have even done stainless steel work. They are very fast and dedicated to figuring out what is going on. They have been out there early in the morning and even in the middle of the night to make to make sure things are fixed. I am a huge fan of the whole team. They have been more than fair on pricing and taking care of us. I definitely recommend.

EL Walters has always done a great job for us. Very prompt service. Timmy was out today within an hour, and had our freezer up and running in 10 minutes. Great company!

EL Walters took into account that I had a newborn and got out to me same day. They diagnosed and repaired my ac unit within a 2 days span. If you’re looking for efficiency and friendliness then look no further. They do great work for our home and for our church. Thank you EL Walters l!
