Had to have someone come out after hours to assess my furnace. They got the part the next morning and the heat was on by 1 PM. Great customer service and very professional.

Legacy's great customer service and professionalism started when I called to see what availability they had open to get a quote after my AC went out on me. The lady answering the phones is so personable and friendly and started the experience off great! Joe came out to give me a quote and was very thorough. Michael and Trent did the install and I couldn't be happier! They did a fantastic job and listened to the requests I had to make everything look nicer and keep out of the way. Thanks to everyone who was involved, considering the circumstances I had a great experience and will recommend Legacy to everyone.
