Rodney took time to check the entire furnace. He found that the filter for the furnace humidifier had been previously overlooked. He replaced it after cleaning the frame and showed me how to adjust the humidifier for winter and summer use. He also replaced the furnace filter with a larger one to serve the entire winter. I really appreciated all the time and effort he made to do a stellar job!!
