Service tech Nathan came out same day I called! I had a leak in my air conditioning unit. He found the leak within 5 minutes. Even took a video of the leak. Gave me so much information in my system, what he was doing as he was going to do before doing it. Quotes ALWAYS before starting a task so you know what you're getting into and it isn't a big surprise at the end. Very respectful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!!

My air conditioner was not working since weekend ( furnace- just replaced 1/23) very hot- called early morning- placed on standby for service- had to leave 4 pm- no service, Tuesday rescheduled- waited all day- conflicting times for window of service per operator 2-4 vs 3-5- it was 3pm when technician came & reported he was not qualified to fix- asked several Legacy employees if they would be able to take 3 days off work for air conditioner service & they all replied no! Thursday Jon ( A team tech) came early, figured out problem/ serviced / cleaned 2 units- was exceptional!

John helped us get our furnace running smoothly again. He was on time, friendly and informative about the repair he did. When I called earlier today, the customer service person was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you!
Update: had technician, Nathan, help us with issues (that another company did) and he has been amazing. Went above and beyond calling the manufacturer with questions we had and following up with us- very happy with the service at Legacy!

Legacy was fantastic! They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I had a new furnace installed and it is great. I had 4 estimates and Legacy gave me a great price. The techs took very good care of my home. They wore booties and cleaned up everything. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have my business from now on!! Thank you Legacy!

I’m very satisfied with how professional and responsive everyone has been. We had our furnace go out and our AC go out and each time they were there that same day working. Each time we needed complete new systems and again they were there that very same day providing options for replacement. Within a few days everything was replaced with excellent results.

The technician was probably the most thorough tech we have had with Legacy. It took him longer then most techs, but it was well worth the extra time. I hope we get him again.

Had seasonal ac service completed and our vents cleaned . Both technicians were kind courteous and on time. Answered all questioned and helped reschedule another appointment. Office ladies are always kind polite and never make you feel as a bother. Will be using legacy for all heating and cooling needs.

Brant was very nice as always and very professional. He always takes care of us at my request . Always communicates what he is doing inside and outside. You have a very valued,honest and caring employee!!!

The customer service is amazing from the beginning when Gloria answered the phone to Marcia who is amazing. Very informative and the nicest person to talk to. And then on the Nathan who came out the very next day and this wasn’t an emergency appointment just a new customer with the maintenance program. To Ben who came out that same afternoon to discuss a possible heater in our garage. I learned more in regard to our system heating and cooling in a day and a half than the time I’ve lived her for a year plus. Absolutely couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend if you are in need of service or just want a honest caring company to have a maintenance program with they will not disappoint.

I inquired about legacy because of good reviews I had read while searching for the right company. A rep came to my home and 2 days later I had a new AC system installed and the old one gone they did good clean professional work. I am very happy with the service Legacy provided me.
