Technician was very capable of the technical work. It appears 50% of his job description is to talk me into a maintenance contract. Starting from an outrageous price to fix the humidifier, he talked $75 here, $99 there, a $100 alternate somewhere.... All increments. Very hard to follow verbally to a bottom line.

Chanc Ravish was great will update with installation Installation team great everything done Thursday and power outage Saturday due to a down line Standby generator came on little $ but didn't have to wait 22 weeks just 3 you get what you pay for highly recommend service tech came out and did maintenance never got paperwork about the visit - one star just had first maintenance 5 star great job Rusty 👍

Legacy Had a complete heat and air unit init installed and although they had challenges and insures with the initial installation they worked hard to “make things correct” over the past couple of years .

In a world where costumer service is transforming more towards automation and lack of care, Legacy is upholding a standard that other companies could strive to be more like. As for the services provided at my home, the technician was kind and resolved my issue quickly with confidence. I am SO GRATEFUL that when I purchased my home just 3 months ago-the previous owner transferred his membership with Legacy to me with high regard. Admittedly I am someone who would not have sought out this sort of membership or really even been aware of it. Now that I have had this experience I am confident in Legacy Servicing my unit for the duration of my time in this home, and will use them moving forward.
