Technician was very capable of the technical work. It appears 50% of his job description is to talk me into a maintenance contract. Starting from an outrageous price to fix the humidifier, he talked $75 here, $99 there, a $100 alternate somewhere.... All increments. Very hard to follow verbally to a bottom line.

Chanc Ravish was great will update with installation Installation team great everything done Thursday and power outage Saturday due to a down line Standby generator came on little $ but didn't have to wait 22 weeks just 3 you get what you pay for highly recommend service tech came out and did maintenance never got paperwork about the visit - one star just had first maintenance 5 star great job Rusty đź‘Ť

I absolutely LOVE Legacy! Unbelievable customer service from start to finish, regardless of whether it is during regular business hours or after hours. When scheduling an appointment, the staff are thorough and practice deep listening and comprehension. I feel heard, understood, and valued as a customer. As for the services provided at my home, the technician was kind and resolved my issue quickly with confidence.
