Austin was the maintenance man that came and he was extremely professional very nice. He explained everything that he had done in detail and to where I even understood what he was saying. I was very pleased with his overall demeanor.

My electrician gave Andrew a salesman for legacy my daughters #. I decided to use legacy for a new furnace/central air. They encountered issues with my very outdated system not to mention they had to clear a blockage in the chimney.
The job took longer because of the issues which were not caused by them.
When the job was finished there was no extra cost to me!
I highly recommend Legacy heating and cooling which is a family owned business that has great customer service and the installers were very nice. 💯 % satisfied!

The work was a recall on a Goodman, drain pan for a recently installed A coil. Brant the tech assured me he could get it done without tearing out a wall. Area was tight. He disconnected a lot of things and got the job done, and everything back together. Looked exactly as it did before he started. Except for on extra coupling, but that was just how I would have done it. Thanks Brant.

Excellent service! Annual maintenance on my air conditioner, completely opening the unit and thoroughly cleaning inside and out. Showed me before and after pictures. I am terrible remembering names, but the technician was extremely knowledgeable and very personable.

Legacy recently installed a new water heater and water softener with excellent results. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians that explained everything so well that even I understood it! A couple weeks afterward I discovered that 2 of my 3 outside faucets did not have water flow to them. I called the office and they were able to have a technician here within the hour. He quickly discovered that a couple of valves in the crawlspace had forgotten to be turned on. In no time at all I had water flow to all my outdoor faucets. He also wanted to ensure that I had no other plumbing concerns that he could take care of while he was here.

Very efficient and professional service. Albert was very polite and thorough, spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem with our geothermal unit and got it working. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

My complete experience with this company has been exceptional. All the way from the ladies in the office to the service technician Albert. A replacement part was needed for the furnace and had to be ordered. Legacy pulled it together to get it next day and Albert worked late on Friday evening to restore our heat.
