Routine cleaning maintenance on our AC. Very nice, professional service technician. Maintenance plan cost is reasonable, especially considering how everything else has gone up in price. Would recommend for either installation of a new system, or regular maintenance.

The online appointments are so easy to make and the technician John arrived just after the start of the 2 hour appointment window. When our AC stopped working, Legacy worked us in on one of the hottest, and I'm sure busiest days so far this year. They quickly evaluated the problem and gave us all available options for repair. Professional and pleasant staff from start to finish!

The guys that came were very professional they explained everything to me very calm and relaxed. I had 4 dogs loose in the house and they just have a good bar. And the guys just kinda joked with the dogs and played with them it was very nice. I definitely recommend this company

Legacy heating and cooling gave me a window from 3:00 p.m. to 5. :00 p.m. on the day of service. The service person did not arrive at my home until 7:30 p.m. that evening. When I spoke someone in the office around 2:20 p.m. that same day they explained to me that the service person was on his way to my home from Elkhart. The guy didn't show up until 7: 30pm. He said his truck had been in the shop all day and he just back. The next day called and made a complaint to the office manager about how disappointed I was with Legacy service. I requested the refund for the service call and she made up all sorts of excuses for the poor service. The office manager explained to me that the only time is guaranteed is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. That didn't make any sense! This place is not reliable and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

The Legacy team has been our HVAC firm at our house since we bought it over 15 years ago. Always reasonable, professional and respectful of our home and time, we would highly recommend them to anyone else for HVAC service.
