I called on Monday to have them look at and repair my central air unit and they were able to be there the next day. They got it working promptly. the tech was pleasant and professional. We are well pleased and satisfied. we will be sure to call them first if we have any other issues.

Maybe all of them are narcissistic and unable to listen to what the customers' needs are, but the last thing they care about is what the actual problem is and how to fix it. They assumed my gender and I constantly see them flaunt their privilege all over Bedford. I would rather watch 100 videos and mess up changing out my water filter heater again before I even entertain the idea of calling their number to have one of their inexperienced, incompetent and disrespectful “Masters” over my home. However, they do have a cool looking wrap on their vans! :)

We were given a window of 10a-12p when our technician would come out, and they arrived just before 10. So, very punctual! Our tech was awesome, he chatted with me about the problems he was seeing with our unit (and put it into terms I understood) and affordable solutions, while being honest about our older unit needing replacement soon. We were able to fix it up so that we could save for a new installation in a couple of years. Very pleased with our experience! Our tech went above any beyond!

The first two years these guys were great, but by the last few years of yearly service they didn't do much. My central air unit was 30 years old. In spring of 2022 the AC service guy was only here for 15 minutes and never came in to look in the basement where the AC ties into the furnace, and said everything was great. In July of 2022 my AC went out completely and had to be replaced. In November of 2021 for my furnace the guy said I needed a new humidifier which was going to cost me around $1,000.00, and I told him to order it, which he didn't and after two months I called and nobody knew anything about it. When my central AC went out and I had to go through my home warranty company which AirMasters doesn't work with; 3 different companies were sent out over a 2 month period, and when going into the basement these 3 different companies noticed right off the bat that my furnace had never been properly vented; something that AirMasters had either never noticed, and certainly never pointed out. Summers from Bloomington ran a bunch of diagnostics and showed how much carbon monoxide (high levels) I'd been breathing during the winters. So for 5 years I'd been paying AirMasters to service my AC and furnace, all the while they were doing the bare minimum and put my life at great risk. They had never checked my AC for any leaks which if they'd serviced properly in spring of 2022, we could've gotten ahead of that situation. At much inconvenience to me and having to stay in a hotel for over a month until I could get a new central AC unit and new furnace via my home warranty company; when the existing furnace was being uninstalled by Always Affordable Air, they showed me that the humidifier that was on there was never attached to anything. Long story short, I feel that AirMaster ripped me off, and they're lazy, and I Would Not ever recommend them to anyone. Ironic that 3 different HVAC companies from 3 different counties found numerous leaks in my 33 yr. old central AC unit and noticed that my furnace had never been properly vented. The furnace was put in by the previous homeowners in maybe 2010. So thank you AirMaster for making me breathe high levels of carbon monoxide for the 5 years I had them servicing my HVAC.
