I called due to my ac tripping the breaker the woman said he would be out Tuesday they show up on Friday. Then when they got here all the tech did was change the breaker and said if it trips again he'll look at the wiring. Two weeks later no phone call called them the woman said the tech thinks the unit needs replaced after only changing the breaker. This company is a joke will not use them or recommend them for any job find someone else would be my recommendation.

I called the office and a woman answered. She took my information and said a man would call me back.
I informed her I was needing some work done and if I could get a call back within the same week since I was off of work that week- that would’ve been nice. (I was aware I would not get the work started or completed that week).
This call was placed on a Monday.
I called back on Thursday or Friday that week and she stated they were really busy but would call me back & apologized.
Never got a call back.
I called back again about a week or week and a half later and she apologized yet again and said she would tell the man I reached out again.
Here it is about 2 weeks later and I still have not heard back from them.
If I can’t even get a phone call back, that just shows what kind of business this is. Apparently they don’t want my business.

Called this great company 12-10 @530pm due to no heat. The owner himself Brock came to our home within 15mins. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within half hour. After fix he checked several times to insure problem was fixed. Great guy would recommend this company.
