My air had been out two weeks. My original repairman would not get back to me about a part he said it needed. I contacted Tyler at night and he had someone here the next day. Cody was awesome and had me up and running in a few hours. . I will be using these guys from now on.

Our AC condenser went out during the first heatwave of the summer (aka when every HVAC company gets slammed) and so when I reached out to Tyler and Airmaster I was preparing for the worst. As someone who works in construction and remodel I'm always watching with a close eye.. I didn't need to with them. Their customer service, lines of communication and transparency, and turnaround times were all phenomenal. Bottom line is they came through well before their estimated timeline, gave not just 1 but 3 initial quotes tailored to me, a no pressure environment, and made sure WE were happy and taken care of; all in the midst of the first rush of the year. There may be a lot of good HVAC techs out there, but a great company is what makes the difference and this IS a GREAT company.

I had a complete new unit installed I went with heat pump with gas back up in my house, very nice system great warranty. Air-Master was very professional and knowledgeable everything looks great and works great. Highly recommended!

Called other places they wouldn't come look at my water heater cause they didnt install it. Call Air Master she said sure we will come I will squeeze you in this morning. EVAN came and look it over but before he started he let me know the price. Which I liked very much. Evan was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. When it was all said and done I have hot water & a new maintenance package with Air Master. Was treated very well on the phone and Evan was very good at his job.

Our furnace/heat pump failed 7 days before a trip to FL. These folks ordered new equipment and got it installed in a week despite an installation backlog. Three staff worked on a Saturday, and allowed us to take our trip on time. Great staff, installation and cleanup. Highly recommend these folks for your furnace needs.

Rated a two star not because of the work the installers provided but because of the absolutely unprofessional and rude treatment we received from the office manager Brenda! She was hateful and down right rude when we called to discuss our bill. Even though the installers did a great job and was so good to work with, we will not ever use Airmasters again simply because I worked as management in retail for over 10 years, and not once would I have ever treated a human being the way she treated us. Very disappointed in the Office Manger Brenda’s professionalism! I hope this company quickly realizes that they will lose a lot of service if this is not corrected.

We did not receive offers for finance, which I do not want to finance, I will pay in full. We did not receive more than one invoice, I received one invoice on the 19JAN19. We called multiple times between the time the service was completed to the time we receive the invoice because we thought it was odd that we didn’t receive one yet. I will be paying this bill in full today, but will no longer use Airmasters. I am appalled by the horrible customer service once again, and being called a liar. Have a nice day.
Did you notice that the rude office manager Brenda wasn’t even addressed in the owners comments? Very sad! I guess they are ok with their customers getting treated horribly. For this I will lower them to 1 star.

DO NOT USE THESE RIPOFFS . CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH Wouldn't use this service again office manager very rude. Called them for my furnace the a coil was dirty ,because of a filter that wasn't installed, a 20 minute job to clean A coil very simple.but they didn't even put a filter back in had same problem 3 months later realized they didn't even install the filter which caused the problem in the first place and charged me 375.00 dollars BAD SERVICE When I went to pay the bill and ask why they didn't even install the filter the office manager BRANDY informed me that's not there job and if I didn't like it use some one else. HA GUARANTEE WILL DO SO In the future 0 stars
