They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, called when the part arrived and it was installed and my furnace was up and running within the hour. Great job.

The serviceman was very knowledgeable and personable; he also treated the HVAC equipment with care. I am happy to recommend them and I will call them again in the future.

Air-master got us on the schedule very quickly and easily. I called to have an ignitor replaced on my furnace. I was quoted $200 total. After the install, the tech informed us that we needed a new gas valve. I asked him if he had checked for voltage and he said "you've got 24 volts". He then quoted me $500 to replace the gas valve. I told him that we would think about it, and asked for the bill. He charged me $300 for the replacement of the ignitor. (Discounted since he didn't have to remove it himself.) I told him that I was quoted $200, and he told me "the price is $300". I paid the bill.

We then replaced the gas valve only to find that the gas valve was fine, the valve was not getting voltage to turn on.

I had to then replace my control board, which was still cheaper than the gas valve.

I don't think that the tech checked for voltage, and just told me that he did. Both my new valve and my old valve have now tested good. There was nothing wrong with the original one.

I don't know if he was being lazy by not checking voltage, or just wanted to sell more stuff. Either way, I don't appreciate it.

I don't know if this is indicative of the business, or just one shady or lazy tech. I didn't appreciate the change in price, or the sub par work by the tech. I expect to get a technician when I pay for a technician, not a parts changer.

I have a large older furnace and this team has always been responsive in keeping it working for me. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.

We found out we had a pretty descent water leak so I called Air Masters and I kid you not, they were at my house within 20 min of calling and had everything repaired within a couple hours saving us an even bigger water bill than we were already going to have. They are always professional and they know their stuff. They found the water leak within a minute of being in my crawlspace after I’d been crawling around under there for probably about an hour and only had an idea of the vicinity of it. Very affordable as well especially considering you get top notch service all the way from start to finish! Thank you Tyler, Britney and your awesome crew at Air masters for always making a stressful situation so much less stressful!! You all are simply the best around!!

They helped us out a lot! We had to have our AC unit pad leveled quickly due to a house inspection and they came out in a day for free to check it out. They leveled it within an hour and it looked great. We also had our AC randomly go out 2 days before closing and they were able to come out and fix it in time. Thanks!

Thank you Jordan and Brandon! The appointment was scheduled within a few days before hot weather hit, the problem diagnosed and FIXED within an hour! Repair was reasonably priced, the entire process was just so incredibly smooth and eased out any anxiety I had for a costly repair. Will continue to use them for future issues or cleaning if it stays this easy.
