Wonderful experience. Brandon was polite and helpful. Very happy with him and with Air-Master.

New AC unit, furnace. They were done in one day,on time, no hassles, friendly, and communicated well.

Pros: easy to get scheduled, text reminders of appointments. Office staff friendly, technician friendly, timely arrival.
Cons: quoted over $600+ for repair, not including the service call of $125 and was told we would have to pay another service call fee once the part arrived. Got another estimate and the cost, including the service call was $130 to fix. Not cool folks.......

Air Master was highly recommended by a friend and co-worker. They were able to provide a very fast and reliable quote. I was told by both my friend and AIR MASTER that I would really like the system. Well I can say I am 200% Satisfied with every aspect. They were great with all my questions and concerns. Never a time when I felt less then completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. We had to have everything the Heat Pump Air Handler Duct work etc.. Today 24 hours after commissioning.. We are loving every minute of it!!
I would not only highly recommend AIR MASTER I would have to say this is by far the best installation of anything we have had done to our home.

Update about a year later.. System is perfect. Very nice. Have had a couple of routine services.. Service guys are top notch. Thanks again Air Master!!!!

Josh was super nice and helpful! They told me the appointment would be after 4 but he came at 3, Amazing!! Highly recommend them. Wouldn’t want anyone else but them.

Called these folks for my non-working AC and they came out the same day. The tech (Scott) was great; courteous, professional and quick to get me back up and running. The charges were more than fair for parts & labor too. I'd definitely recommend Air-Master to other people and will certainly call them on any future AC or furnace problems. Very happy with their stellar service start to finish. Thanks Air-Master!

At this time of year wasn’t expecting same day service. They called when on their way and I met them. Very professional and got me up and running in just a few hours. Good guys and I would recommend them for their service.
