I have been using Reliable Comfort for over 10 years. They installed my first system, then 9 years later I upgraded that system and moved the old system to my garage. Both times the installers were very professional and complete. I also have used the service team for regular maintenance, they are always prompt and courteous. When I call the office the girls in the office are very nice, and helpful on the phone, you can tell by the voice tone that they are smiling, while talking with them.
I highly recommend them for any of their services, HVAC and plumbing.

Reliable Comfort installed a mini split system in our basement and four season room. The salesman was very knowledgeable of what systems were available and suggested a couple of different options to meet our needs. The installers were professional and considered anesthetics as well as functionality during the installation process. Once they completed the installation, they demonstrated the units and answered our questions. They cleaned up as they went and left our home as they found it. The units are sized appropriately and work great. We had a great experience with Reliable Comfort and would buy from them again.

I had a brand new geothermal heat pump (Hydron Module) installed by Reliable Comfort about 5 years ago. They were awesome to work with and have returned every 6 months to perform the maintenance on my unit, insuring it is always operating in top shape with every season. Need weekend service for water heater leak. Was very pleased with the promptness of a technician. Really like service person....very knowledgable and helpful. Was very good about getting this issue resolve in a short period of time. Made no mess and was very courteous and answering questions to make a decision. Did have a billing issue but was resolved.

Brad and Josh K. did a wonderful job! They were able to get out to my house same day. The plumbers were very through and explained in detail everything that was going on. Both toilets are now up and running! Highly recommend and pleased with the plumbers.I will always recommend Reliable Comfort for both my plumbing and heating/air conditioning needs!
