Like that they keep in contact with you about their arrival. Installed our a/c and furnace. Does our twice a year maintenance. Have had excellent service! Dustin is absolutely the best!

We moved to Indiana two years ago from Ohio. We like to have longtime relationships with the service contractors we use, so it was important to us to find people we can trust. Reliable was referred to us through a neighbor.
We were rehabbing our house when we moved to Indiana. Reliable installed a second HVAC system in the lower level which included new duct work. They did a fabulous job.
We decided to get on their maintenance agreement for both our HVAC systems and also a plumbing agreement. We have been totally happy with their services for both HVAC and plumbing. Their agreement prices are fair. Every technician we've had has been polite, friendly and professional.
We're thankful that Reliable was referred to us and we have hopes of a longterm relationship with them. We highly recommend Reliable Comfort.

The Technician tried to sell us $2000 in duck cleaning services we just had done 2 years ago. Showed a picture of our dirty ducts that were not our dirty ducts. Changed the furnace filter but did not change the UV system filter or check the UV light. Amateurish at best. When we switched from Dial One to Reliable, we hoped the dishonest practices would be left behind. It appears the owners of Reliable are Ex Dial One employees and brought the dishonest practices with them. We are on the lookout for an honest and reliable (Not Reliable Comfort) heating/air-conditioning/plumbing company.
