I had 3 other companies come and look at my AC and none of them could figure out the problem with it. Thank God for American Air! They have been my saving grace this summer! Every time I spoke with Lisa on the phone she was so incredibly sweet and helpful. The owners Mark and Jeff really know what they are doing! They made suggestions to us that we can do on our own to save money instead of just doing it and charging us an arm and a leg! Everyone was so kind and caring to our problem and they didn’t stop until they found a solution! I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this company and I 100% would recommend them to anyone for heating or cooling!

All those that work at American Air are very courteous, helpful, and efficient.They went out of the way to make sure to keep us with AC when the fan went out on our AC unit, even to the point of coming out on a weekend to install a 'rescue' fan to keep the unit working until they cold get out on a regular day to try work on the unit. We ended up needing a whole new unit and while it was ordered, Covid caused a delay in shipping, but we were kept updated on when the install could be scheduled. It would never be a mistake to call American Air for any of you HVAC needs, they are the best around!

Mark and his team from American Air are amazing!! I left a voice message after hours and he still reached out to me that night and came out the next morning! Very nice, courtesy and professional. they went out of their way to make sure our family needs were met! Highly recommend them to everyone!

I loved every bit of service I recieved. Very kind and quick. Honest and had my best interests in mind. The owner came out himself and gave me straightforward facts and gave me all options available and saved me a ton of money. Great guys. Great service. Will be the only ones I ever call.

These guys are great, same day service on one of the hottest days of the year, and NO CHARGE, because they had guaranteed their work from an earlier visit. Polite, and helpful. Will use them again! When my A/C broke down it was on a Sunday and I called, left a voice mail and I was called back on the same day. My A/C unit was very old and needed to be replaced so this company loaned me a window unit until my A/C unit could be replaced. I will highly recommend this company to anyone and this will be my "go to" company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

I called American Air at 8 pm when our AC stopped working and they had a service tech out to our house the next day. Nick explained everything to me as he was checking for the problem. He was very professional and even explained all of our options for an upgrade in the future! We will certainly be calling them for all of our HVAC needs!!
