I had no heat, Alex came out in less than 24 hours from my call to diagnose my thermostat/ furnace issues. He quickly identified a wiring issue from the existing wiring from my wall having exposed wire and hitting a ground, causing the fuse to blow in the furnace repeatedly. Alex fixed the wiring, and gave my furnace a quick check over. Had my heat back on in under 15 mins. All for just $88 service call fee. Very pleased!

We had a new Ductless Mitsubishi Trane system installed in our addition. Kevin, Neil, and everyone was very professional and did a great job. I would use them again in a second. Ed came out and checked out my situation and recommended the unit. It’s already paying off.

Our 30 year old furnace finally gave up overnight last Saturday. Blue Frost’s answering service got us in touch with Tim who was super responsive in coming to check out our situation, despite it being a weekend. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Trying to ensure we could get a new furnace installed as quickly as possible, Tim moved swiftly to get Ed out to our house. Ed arrived first thing the following morning to determine the best unit for our needs. He was detailed, thorough and very personable as well. Guided to the best unit by Ed, we were fortunate to be scheduled for install the very next day. Blue Frost had ample inventory to accommodate! Next up, Neil and Carlos arrived for our install on Tuesday morning. They were courteous in our home, meticulous with the install and conscientious with cleanup and reviewing the unit. It took them an extra hour or so to drill through our stone wall, but they did it to achieve the appropriate 3 inch hole for the exhaust. The custom ductwork was fantastic. Thanks to the entire Blue Frost Team!

My new go to for HVAC needs. They are 3rd HVAC I have worked with in the last 7yrs. I called them to get a 2nd quote on new AC. First of all Tom was able to give me good ballpark over the phone (no one seems to do that) I just want to know ballpark so I don't waste my time or yours. He came out and was able to really explain and find ways to improve my concerns that I presented to 2 other vendors in the past (upstairs airflow) he found issues that others overlooked, instead they tried to sell me 2k zoning system. Tom's solution 300 bucks. Crew came out (Nick and Jason) they installed new AC, even helped me relocate my thermostat and fix previous vendor poor installation. They installed my 2 stage furnace as single stage. Nick and Jason rewired for me so now I will have dual stage furnace. Overall Great experience.

Worked with Tom B. regarding new furnace and AC options. He was very helpful throughout the process, recommending affordable options that fit our home's needs. Also after purchase and installation of our new equipment, I mentioned to their service tech that we previously had issues with cold air reaching the second floor because we live in a Chicago style bungalow, and he was also able to locate an old vent issue and now the air reaches the second floor much better! Overall we've had a great experience with Blue Frost and would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new furnace or AC unit or that needs their equipment serviced or maintained!!

Update: 1/11/21 This is a great company, and I referred Blue Frost to a family member a few months ago. Blue Frost did a great job, in the end, a few hiccups at first. Customer service, follow through and dedication to "Make It Right" is what separates Blue Frost from the other companies. Today, I received in the mail a letter from Tom Byrne, at Blue Frost with a gift card for my referral. Wow, I didn't ask for or expect anything. Do you know how many companies I have referred in my life? If they gave me half of what Blue Frost sent me, I'd be doing really nice. How thought full, and creative, Blue Frost, thank you Tom, I would recommend, Blue Frost to anyone reading this review. Original : What a good company. I had Blue Frost come out to service My air handler, air conditioning unit, tankless water heater, and EVR system. I purchased the units through Confident Air, which was then purchased by Blue Frost. I spoke to the previous owner, who work for Blue Frost now, Tom about the service on the equipment. I wasn't really sure if Blue Frost would know how to handle the service. After speaking to Tom, he referred me to the service manager Bill, and let me know that this person knew everything. So I had them come out and do the service. Bill showed up on time and was great. Bill was profesrionl, and he answered every question I had, and took the time to explain things to me. Bill was very thorough in cleaning everything by the end of his visit I felt really confident Blue Frost was the company I'd be calling for all services in the future. Thank you Bill and Tom for all help.

We are so grateful that Jeremy was able to visit us late on a Sunday on one of the coldest days in winter that I can recall to get our heating running again. He was very courteous and professional and helped us so we could get a warm night sleep in zero degree weather. Couldn't have asked for a better service person. Would definitely recommend him!

After about 25 years my ac unit in my 912 sf home finally went down and hit the end of the road. I selected Blue Frost and worked with Tony in Sales, Megan in customer service, and Amy in the business office.
All of these people did an outstanding job and should be commended for their work. I should also add the install people also who went above the call.
I would highly recommend BF Heating & Cooling and was very happy to select them as my vendor. Select Trane and you will be very happy.
P.S. The owner Tom also sent me a thank you card and some cookies.
