Kevin & AJ were a great team. Arrived on time, worked well together during the install & were more than helpful to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. An excellent experience overall, from when Ed came out to review everything for the estimate, to scheduling the service, to the completed job.

Jeremy was professional, friendly and explained things as he repaired our furnace. A text was sent with his picture before his arrival.👍 Price was fair. We will use Blue Frost for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

This was a very exciting day for me: I'm getting a/c after almost 20 years of sweltering summers, and the Blue Frost team made it happen. The installers were prompt, professional, and most importantly super nice people. They arrived when they said they would. The guys were prepared with everything - didn't have to interrupt the install to go get missing stuff. They worked efficiently and knowledgeably. The two guys were a great team, working harmoniously without flaw. I, too, loved the communications I received through text and email. I was kept up-to-date on my appointment a couple days in advance and on day of. I received a picture of the installer so I was comfortable and informed. Blue Frost is cutting edge; they use technology to their advantage and for my peace of mind. I'm extremely satisfied from the moment of my first contact to installation day. It's been a positive experience all around. I highly recommend Blue Frost.

First time contacting and hiring Blue Frost to service my home. An HOA required vent cleaning was needed. The receptionist on first calling was very polite and soft spoken, scheduled my time slot quickly and without hassle.

Tim was sent out to service my vents and he arrived within the time slot and was very polite and professional. Did his job quickly and correctly.

Our water heater started leaking and I placed a call to Blue Frost Heating & Cooling. They were able to add me to their booked schedule and their installers Neil and Jeff showed up at the time that was scheduled. They were both extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They worked great as a team and were able to remove and install a new water heater very quickly. We certainly appreciated the great job Neil and Jeff did and we would highly recommend them and Blue Frost Heating & Cooling for all of your heating and cooling needs!
