Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Blue Frost and the Service Techs. Very professional across the board from everyone I spoke with, both over the phone and in person. Bill did a great job with the diagnosis. Kelly was very thorough explaining all invoices/fees. Rob was able to order the necessary parts that afternoon so they would be there the following day for the repair. Sal and Brad were fantastic. They did a phenomenal job with repairs and had my system operational in timely manner.
As a former HVAC Tech myself, I had a good idea of what the issue was and what needed to be done to repair my system. Hands down, Blue Frost IS the very best company I have come across in a very long time. Honest, trustworthy, reliable and great value without a doubt. I liked them so much that I will no longer be performing the annual maintenance on my system as I purchased the annual maintenance agreement.

Blue Frost has always performed admirable work and is reasonably priced. I'm moving out of the area and I don't think Blue Frost will be able to service my HVAC where I'll be. Bad for me.

Blue Frost came out in a Sunday when we found out we had no heat - provided an estimate- I decided to replace the furnace instead - they came out the next day and installed a new furnace. They were professional,efficient, and courteous. Highly recommended.

A/C stopped Monday evening. On Tuesday morning called Blue Frost service and they had a Technician at my house by 2:30pm. A half hour later after diagnosing a bad capacitor and replacing it we had a/c again. Ernesto Garcia and a training technician we excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Blue Frost is a company you can trust for your home’s heating and a/c equipment service. A fantastic company with employees who care.

Blue Frost is an excellent HVA/C company. Brian our service tec was excellent. Checked our furnace and humidifier and cleaned both. Made sure our equipment was in working order, cleaned everything and let me know how things were working.
You can’t ask for a better HVA/C service company than Blue Frost Heating and Cooling Company.
