My tech put on footies when entering inside my home. Which was a plus for me! My tech was professional, quick and very detailed! He refilled my central air unit outside with Freon. Now my home is nice and colder than it was before. I will always do business with this company.

I had a scheduled appointment for a Monday, the service tech called on the Friday before and said he was in the area and asked if he could come earlier (doing your technician a favor).
I recently moved to IL from a warmer climate and have never covered my outside unit with a cover. It took the technician 5mins to realize the issue and why my AC was not working properly. The cover was on the AC unit. I was then charged $200 and he would not accept the $15 coupon because he did not perform a service even though the coupon was for a service CALL.
Very disappointed and will never use your company again.

A pleasure to do business with! Starting with the estimate from Sam, the scheduling of the work, and the installation by Kevin’s team, everything was done on schedule. My installation was for a new heat pump and supplemental electric heat air handler plus new advanced thermostat. The job was done in one day. The quality of the installation was obvious, and the crew left the property looking like they hadn’t even been there.

Blue Frost came out in January when our furnace was only occasionally working. They were able to locate the problem but in the end it made more sense for us to get a new furnace. They were out with the new furnace the next day.

The installation crew was out to my residence immediately the next morning. The crew was managed by Neil the main technician. A total of 4 technicians were dispatched to my residence. Complete AC and furnace were installed. Whole crew were extremely efficient. Work was finished within 6 hours. crew was extremely focused on details. My house was left in immaculate condition. Neil was a very good crew leader. All work completed not just looks very good. Most importantly total system works and runs extremely well. Thanks to Ed and Neil!

Very rarely do I post comments but I was very happy with the entire process of obtaining 2 new HVAC systems through Blue Frost. Our 17 year old Lennox Merit furnace went out just before Thanksgiving 2021. I invited installation companies from 4 different major HVAC brands for estimates.
Jake provided an excellent evaluation of our system including comments to improve our equipment selection for increased comfort. Jake was very knowledgeable, listened well to our needs, answered our many questions and work with us to hit a good price point. This was key as we replaced our dual furnace / Ac systems since both were 17 years old. So this was an expensive experience as anticipated, but ultimately we were happy with the technology and Blue Frost working with us on price.
I am happy to say that the installation crew led by Kevin was equally impressive and maintained our confidence in Blue Frost. The install was very efficient and well explained.
Each step of the way Blue Frost, including the back office planners, was impressive efficiency and professionally completed at each step. The installation was the last step and left me very happy and confident in our selection of both the Trane S9V2 and XR-16 (2-Units) equipment / technology, and Blue Frost for the sales and service!

$201 for a furnace fix that required no parts and was complete in less than 5 minutes? This tech was fine, but beware of the company. The last guy did not replace the cover on the attic furnace, which I only noticed 2 months later. Blue Frost bought out Klinky HVAC a couple of years ago and got rid of really good long time employees.I had been a 30 year customer . Now they were bought out by a bigger company. Unless you are looking for high prices and mediocre service go local and smaller.
