Appointment range 1-5. Arrived on the dot of 1pm. Replaced filter and checked inside components. Spent next 50 minutes on outside unit, taking it apart to thoroughly clean it and reassembling it. Told me it was in good shape for its age! Ernie was friendly, and offered to answer questions. Done in an hour; great job!

Brian M came out and performed ac maintenance on my system. He was right on time and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail each step he was performing and explained exactly why he was doing it. I could not have asked for a better technician.. great job Blue Frost and amazing job Brian M. What an amazing experience! Had to replace a 21 year old furnace and air conditioning system and the team at Blue Frost was awesome. The tech, Brian, was very professional. I had surgery the day before so Brian did the services and found his way around the home. He kept me up dated on what he was doing and should me all the pictures of the work he did. I am very happy with the service and tech 😀. I've never had any problems with the company. We had a ductless multi-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in our new detached garage. The installation team was fantastic! We had Blue Frost install our house's main furnace back in 2010 and have been using them to maintain it and our AC ever since. It made total sense to us to have them install the new system in our garage. Looking forward to having a climate controlled garage for storage purposes.

They were great and handled the problem. Very expensive labor cost for a quick repair but management was very responsive to my concern since my unit was only 2 years old and had major part fail. Part was under warranty. Seems like so many of these companies that are now owned by corporations have to charge so much.

I received detailed proposals from numerous companies that sell the same brands of equipment before replacing my 120k btu 5ton HVAC system (furnace and a/c), as any homeowner should do. Blue Frost's proposals were 50% higher than their closest competitor for identical equipment. They may have great customer service, but they priced themselves out of a job by a mile.

WE were very pleased with the entire operation from the initial sales call , to answering of questions, installation and follow up. Everything was top notch, starting with Greg, the installation went smoothly with Kevin, Neil and Branden. Every person we spoke with could not have been nicer or more helpful.
