Water heater very expensive for installation but did a great job

We been a customer of Community Heating and Cooling for almost 15 years now and every year they come for yearly check up and telling us what is the issue, Robbie came to check our Furnace and advised that it's on his last legs, so we decided to have our Furnace replace for a brand new one and a new Air Conditioning. Emilio is such a wonderful person to be sure everything is fixed thoroughly . I highly recommend their services, as a matter of fact a few of my family member and friend will be calling them in a week or 2. Keep up the good work guys.

Robbie serviced my a/c unit today....unfortunately it has a leak....Robbie explained all the options from a new unit on down. No pressure to get a new unit. He will be back tomorrow to complete the repair option I selected. I have used Community for many years and are always pleased with timelines and courtesy of all the techs.

Robbie was professional & friendly. Able to pin point our problem of insufficient heat on the 2nd story level and correct it. Cleaned furnace and checked humidifier. Also gave us advice regarding a contractor downstate who refused to provide us with a bill for 2 water heaters he installed. Appreciate the extra time he took.

Robbie arrived within the time frame. Agreed upon, arrived with every needed to service my furnace quickly and efficiently including making recommendations for a better heating experience. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Our technician, Jakob, was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He was very informative and took extra care in assessing the problem and explaining in details our options. He was very pleasant and his custiner service was great!
