We had a good working relationship until I was given the wrong information regarding needing a new air conditioner. I called another company who came out and informed me that the freon had to be adjusted because your company had put overload the air conditioner with freon. The air conditioner is still work .

The service tech was very friendly and took his time didn't rush and was very thorough

I have been a customer of Community Heating and Cooling for several years now. They have always treated me very well. Especially their tech Robbie. He's always been on time, professional, and explains everything and tells you all your options. He even calls the next day to make sure that your still satisfied. I would highly recommend this company!

Our air conditioning stopped working. Robbie inspected it and recommended a new unit. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained all our options. The whole experience was very pleasant. They were very accommodating and even got our new unit in the very next day! We were very happy with our experience! Highly recommended!

I was scheduled for a spring start up without being informed they had scheduled me, they sent the install person all the way to my house without informing me first so nobody was home. I was rescheduled for another day which nobody came out for that time, I work night shift and stayed up the entire day waiting only to have nobody come out. I am rescheduled for next week which I am not anticipating anyone showing up for again. I do not recommend using these folks simply because their scheduling system is terrible and there is extremely poor communication with the customer.

Robbie came out to service my central A/C, he was very professional, he explained the steps needed to service my unit, he arrived on time, worked efficiently and got my unit up and running. Great service! Had the AC serviced by Shawn and he was professional, courtesy and also took the time to explain everything g he was doing during the service check. He even went above and beyond to double-check the wiring in our thermostat which turned out to be installed incorrectly and was stopping the AC from coming on. Needless to say, he fixed it and also thoroughly inspected the outdoor AC unit. Based on the condition inside the outdoor unit, it was pretty obvious that the last company we hired that provided the service did not do its job. Shawn and Community Heating &Cooking are worth every penny, and can be trusted to do the job right.
