I panicked this morning as my first floor furnace was not keeping up. They were quick to respond even though they were only able to offer a "standby" appointment. Understandable in these temps. Marcus showed up and was very courteous. He tried everything to "fix" the problem. Turns out nothing was broken and I panicked for no reason. It's just too damn cold and my furnace is a bit short of btu required to keep up with these ridiculous temps. Charged a very reasonable minimum for the service call. I'll definitely be using them again. 😊
