Jeff from 1-hour heating is very experienced and fixed our home's HVAC issues promptly. All at reasonable, pre-set rates (based on the work required). I was impressed with his deep knowledge about the proper operation & maintenance of our HVAC system. He also evaluated potential safety issues related to improper wiring (furnace) and addressed those problems as well. Thank you Jeff !!

I have used One Hour Heating & Air for many years now. They are always prompt and courteous and do an awesome job. This latest spring AC checkup with Jose was no different. The AC part of the checkup went off without a hitch. I had been having issues with my furnace since December and really needed that addressed. He cleaned my furnace really well and tightened a number of screws that had become loose over this past winter and turned out, was the cause of my clicks and knocks after heat cycles. Jose also suggested installing an ionizer in the furnace compartment to keep it running more efficiently and extend the life of the HVAC system. Thanks again, Jose!

I finally have had enough of this company and their upsell suggestions when they do the 6 month serves. I joined their comfort club to maintain my HVAC system after I had them install a new furnace and A/C units. Since that time I get pitched for some new system add on or am told that I need some part because it's marginal and may fail in the future. The tech that came in the fall was so condescending to me when he told me that my electrostatic filter was no longer covered under warranty since I didn't install there $80 filter. Maybe I would have declined this "upgrade" if they filled me in on the filter cost. Same for their $100 + UV bulbs that seem only to last about a year and a half. They never miss a chance to try to sell me another add on. Then there's the air duct cleaning they talked me into doing in the winter. The tech failed to tell me that they would need to shut down the system for most of the day. Why would you schedule this for a day in winter? I didn't go through with it. No Mas folks. I'll use someone else next time. They might be worse than some others I used in other homes we owned.

Jeff did the cleaning on our 2 AC units. I felt very comfortable with him in my house and my dog seemed to like him too. The company was great to work with. They answered when I first called to schedule the appointment and called to remind me of the appointment as well as to call to let me know Jeff was on the way. They also sent a text with Jeff's picture beforehand which I really liked. Great customer service!
