Mike did a great job getting my AC ready for the summer. He clean everything and even showed me a couple of things regarding my system that I didn't know. These should make my AC more efficient. He also noticed I needed to recharge the refrigeration and was able to complete that while he was here. Mike was fantastic.

Gerald was awesome, it took a while but it was also a really complex issue, explained everything really well and in the end got things working and a long term plan to address issues. Also will say the people on the phone are super nice too, way better than the company I called before them. Definitely a quality company that focuses on their people and processes and delivers a quality product for what they charge. 11/10.

We have been happy with One Hour's service for over 30 years. They have the best technicians, who are friendly and always on time. I like that they hire Veterans. We had a problem with our humidifier.Their technician Jeff came out the next morning and took care of everything! Terrific service, as always!

I have been a customer for over 20 yrs and have always have fantastic service. Sure sometimes new products will unexpectedly break down (I hate when it happen, but it does). The techs are always prompt, friendly and very professional, they always make sure I understand how the breakdown occurred and the repairs they made. If it's something I can prevent in the future, they show me how to help maintain my systems between services. It's also nice having the same tech come out for services or repairs. Jeff Brownstien is our newest tech in the last few years, it's great how he remembers the minor issues and repairs done over the years. He always takes the time to ensure they working at top efficiency while doing are yearly services. I look forward to being a customer for many years to come.
