I had a tech come out and and tell me the part for my furnace would be $1000+ And it wasn’t worth fixing my furnace. I then looked up the part online and couldn’t find it for over 300$ then proceeded to call out another company and they got it fixed quick and cheap. Very unprofessional for a tech to lie about pricing then tell you ur furnace can’t be fixed.

Our family had an A/C problem. The first tech was very polite and helpful. It wasn’t the best weather to troubleshoot so I said let’s reschedule after he tried what he could. Next day we had a new tech. Was also polite but was quick to make some judgements about our setup which he later backed off of. He asked if it was ok to check for leaks and explained the charge but he checked in the furnace first and got lots of signals all over the place and didn’t check elsewhere. He spent 10 min troubleshooting for something they charge over $200 for. I bought the leak detector tool myself and didn’t find the same leaks.

I give my experience two stars because I didn’t feel the techs were dishonest but because I felt like they are under pressure to get onto the next job and check certain boxes off their list. I belief with their skillsets they would have provided different service and delivery if they were working for themselves.

It’s not a small business so the employees deal with more bureaucracy and in our case it just wasn’t a good experience.

I see lot of great feedback and I’m a sample size of one. That said, if you are somewhat knowledgeable about your system or you believe your problem is not a simple fix, you may want to try a smaller business first.

Jeff did an excellent job troubleshooting and finding the problem with our furnace. THe furnace has been running with no issues since.

very professional yet also friendly. answered all my questions as we were new to One Hour service. Did an efficient but thorough job on the maintenace as well as explaining how their service works to provide for our HVAC needs.

One Hour Heating and Cooling has done a great job on maintaining my air conditioner. I bought one from them in 2019 and they were not the cheapest, but they provided the most value for our money. After the installation; for some reason my electric outlet went out after the A/C installation, and they came out a week later and fixed the outlet free of charge. Now that's great service, so definitely they deserve five stars.

My technician Mike , was undoubtedly one of the Best people I've met in a while. When dealing with called professionals. His knowledge of air conditioner, was very helpful to me. And appreciated very much. I will use that company again for business.
