One Hour HVAC had to fix the installation that I had mistakenly had another company do. The technician deMarcus took care of the problem in minutes after a long night of having only partial heat in sub zero weather. I would use this company again for sure!

Unfortunately, we just canceled our membership. We were new customers last year and decided to purchase the customer care package (a monthly fee). They recently were supposed to come out to do their annual maintenance and weren’t able to due to their computers being down. So when I called to reschedule they had no appointments available for two weeks. Yesterday our air went out and I called to schedule an appointment and they refused to waive the service fee because it was a call outside of the annual maintenance which they had to cancel. Very unhappy with their customer service. I will not be recommending them to friends or family.

This is the second time David was my technician and he performed summer AC service. David was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the benifits and pricing for UV light systems to control mold. I did not want to purchase them. He found two other components that needed to be replaced for peak efficiency and function and I advised him to go ahead. I'm confident David is only doing what's necessary.

Last week one of my air conditioning units failed and I scheduled a call for a convenient time. The technician was right on time and even wore protective booties over his shoes anytime he was in my house. The problem was a bad fan motor but the unit was 15 years old so I decided to replace the unit, BTW the replacement was my idea the tech Piyush never pushed it which I thought was impressive. I also had him check my second unit which, to my surprise, was 15 years old. Go figure it was running perfectly with correct everything. I also inquired about replacing that unit figuring it had to have run close to its practical life. I have to be honest in saying this company will not be the cheapest one but imho the cheapest are seldom the best value in the long run. I was quoted a very fair price for the units and set up an installation date for a convenient time for me.

You won't find me endorsing very much but I think these folks deserve it. I guess in the end you get what you pay for.

Carlos was on time, professional and explained every procedure. I will request him for next year check up.

Mike was amazing. Not only did he come out within an hour of our call, he took the time to troubleshoot and review everything with us so we could see what he did so we know what to do in the future. We have never lived in a state where we needed a furnace, so this was all new to us. He was so kind and thorough, making sure we understood everything. I could not have got a better technician to come out. Thank you so much Mike.

We've had fantastic service for years. This winter, had an emergency furnace installation. The team is always thorough, timely and communicative. Highly recommend!

Paul provided a very thorough free quote for a new HVAC system. He went over the reasons for the BTU and TON recommendations for the size of my home. He explained the differences between the base, deluxe and
premier models and associated warranties. He was very friendly and professional.
